We have curated a few easy recipes and tips for baking & cooking your way to a delicious meal. Paris House Turkey
Tips on getting that gorgeous lacquered Turkey-
Add a stick of butter
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of dry white wine
Cook over medium heat until butter is melted.
Cover Turkey with cheesecloth and baste with above - continue to baste throughout roasting and your Turkey will be delicious & picture perfect!
*** Cooks Note: I always start my Turkey trussed & seasoned with breast side down on the rack, then turn it right-side up after about 30 minutes in oven, as I learned from William Sonoma many years ago. It’s very juicy this way! However this can be tricky, so I’d advise practicing this technique beforehand. As the skin can stick to the rack! Make sure to baste but no need to “puncture” Turkey as that will let all the juices out & can result in a dry Turkey. We only use fresh Turkey from our local meat market. Cook according to directions & have a meat thermometer on hand. Also keep an eye on Turkey so basting mixture does not burn in bottom of roasting pan.

Pumpkin Pie
*** Baking Notes, if you are short on time or not comfortable making a homemade pie crust, try Dufour pie crust. It will make baking effortless & delicious!!!! We cut out adorable pumpkins to decorate our pie! Place aluminum foil around your edges if they start to brown before pie is finished baking.
